We started as an initiative in 2023, but everyone on the team has been working in this field in one way or another - as a domestic worker, community leader, activist, student - for several decades. We are now a registered organization that is striving to work alongside members of the communities we serve and service providing organizations, to become stronger and better at rescuing abused migrant domestic workers.
Our mission is to assist abused migrant domestic workers by being on call and providing them with validation, knowledge and guidance to navigate through the complexities and impunities of the Kafala system.
